Each season we onboard a limited number of hosts and creative leaders. You get the estate, the staff and a booking page for your audience. We get a house that's working all season.
What we look for
An engaged audience
30,000+ followers on Instagram or TikTok, or a mailing list of 5,000+ with open rates you can show us. Engagement matters more to us than raw reach.
A clear focus area
We work with hosts known for one thing — vinyasa, strength, breath, ceramics, long-form writing — rather than general lifestyle accounts.
At least one retreat behind you
You've run a multi-day residential programme before, whether you organised it or taught on someone else's. First-timers can join our co-hosted pilot track.
Certification and cover
Current qualifications in your discipline, public liability insurance, and first-aid cover on the team for physical programmes.
A programme, not a holiday
A written daily schedule with real teaching hours. Our estate teams plan the kitchen and the housekeeping around it.
