Terms, cancellation & refunds

Each retreat is organised and delivered by an independent host. Retreat Ready provides the estate, on-site services and booking platform, and acts as the host's agent for taking payment. Your contract for the retreat programme (sessions, content, schedule) is with the host; your contract for accommodation and estate services is with Retreat Ready.

When you pay, you will see the host's name and the estate name on your confirmation. Any questions about the programme itself should go to your host; anything about the property, catering or on-site team comes to us.

You can pay in full at booking, or pay a 30% deposit with the balance due no later than 45 days before the retreat start date. Where offered, instalment plans split the balance into equal monthly payments, with the final instalment due 45 days before the start date.

If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat your booking as cancelled by you and the cancellation terms below will apply.

Prices are per person and include accommodation, estate services and the host's programme as listed on the retreat page. Travel to the estate is not included unless stated.

More than 60 days before the start date: full refund of everything paid, less a 3% administration fee.

31–60 days before the start date: 50% of the total price is refunded.

30 days or fewer before the start date: no refund, as the estate, staff and host costs are committed.

If you find a replacement guest who completes the full intake (including the health questionnaire and release), we will transfer your place to them at no charge and refund you in full, less the administration fee.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation being confirmed.

Retreats have a minimum number of participants, shown on the retreat page. If the minimum is not met 45 days before the start date, the host may cancel and you will receive a full refund of everything paid, or the option to transfer to another retreat.

If we or the host cancel for any other reason, you will receive a full refund. If the retreat is significantly changed (dates, estate, or host), you may accept the change or cancel for a full refund.

We are not responsible for travel or other costs you have booked separately, so we recommend flexible or refundable travel arrangements and travel insurance.

You must complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and liability release before your place is confirmed. If you answer Yes to any PAR-Q question, your host may ask for written confirmation from your doctor that you can take part.

You take part in sessions at your own risk and must tell your host about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions that could affect your participation. The on-site welcome manager can adapt or excuse you from any activity at any time.

Estates are private homes opened exclusively for your retreat. Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings and grounds with care. Deliberate or negligent damage will be charged to the guest responsible.

Hosts and the estate team may ask a guest to leave, without refund, if their behaviour endangers others or seriously disrupts the retreat.

Dietary, accessibility and health information you provide is shared only with your host, the chef and the on-site team who need it to look after you. It is never sold or used for marketing. Feedback you leave after the retreat is shared with your host and the estate owner.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
