How it works
From a great estate to a full retreat.
Retreat Ready sits between two people who need each other: an owner with a beautiful house that earns nothing in February, and a host with an audience but no venue. Here is exactly what happens on each side.
For hosts
Six steps to a sold-out week
Apply once
Tell us your discipline, your audience and the retreats you've run. We review every application by hand and reply within five working days.
Search on requirements, not vibes
Filter estates by bedrooms and bed configuration, ensuites, pool, garden size, privacy rating, indoor practice space, nearby activities and open dates.
Hold the week
A 20% deposit holds the estate for your dates. Balance falls due 60 days before arrival, by which point most hosts have sold out.
Build your retreat page
Pick your room tiers and price them, write your schedule, set your intake questions. The page goes live on a link you can share anywhere.
Let your audience book
Guests reserve and pay, declare dietary needs, upload health certificates and sign the release. You see a live guest list and rooming sheet.
Arrive to a working estate
Your welcome manager meets the group, the chef has the menu and the allergies, and the practice space is already set up for your first session.
For estate owners
Four steps to a working off-season
Share the property
You send the details and the months you'd rather not be letting. We visit and survey against our retreat-readiness checklist.
Agree the season
A fixed-term low-season lease with a guaranteed minimum, your own blackout dates, and a cap on group size.
We open and staff it
Deep clean, linen, kit for practice spaces, insurance, and a contracted chef, concierge, welcome manager and housekeeping team.
We close it behind us
End-of-season inspection, repairs settled, and the estate handed back ready for your own high season.
What "fully serviced" covers
The parts of a retreat nobody sees.

Full board, menus built around your group's diets and your schedule.

On site for arrival day and on call for the whole stay.
